To reserve my services and ensure I’m available around your due date, we’ll first discuss how many hours of support you’d like to book. After that, I’ll send you a contract outlining those hours, along with a request for a 50% non-refundable retainer, which is due upon signing. Each week, I’ll invoice you for the hours used. Once we reach the halfway point of the contracted hours, the remaining balance will be covered by your retainer.
